GENERAL: Please be aware that colours of screens on all electronic devices differ. Items are displayed and photographed to the best of our abilities to display all our items in a true to eye format. All our stock is manufacture to a high quality but some variations will occur between printed fabrics and screen printing etc. All items that leave our store are checked for defects and quality control.All goods and orders need to be paid in full before orders are shipped or collected. Items remain the property of Dixie Lane until paid for in full and receipted.
REFUND & EXCHANGES: We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Any faulty items need to be photographed and inform management within 7 business days of finalising your order. You will be offered an exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item: • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe • is significantly different from the sample or description • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt and leave all tags attached to items to be eligible.If we are unable to exchange your item with one the same, you will be offered a store credit to the value of the item originally purchased. Refund of monies will only take place if an item is deemed faulty by management. Any items sold as "sample stock"maybe of a lesser quality than our other items and is purchased knowing that their are no refunds or exchanges available on these items. Due to hygene reasons no exchange or refund is offered on any jewellery items. If a jewellery item is deemed faulty following inspection by management you will be offered an exchange or store credit to the value of your purchase price. When inspecting goods, management will take into account the quality of the products in relation to the price points they are sold at. Management reserve the right to charge an administration and re-stocking fee for goods returned or refunded and these fees may be deducted from the store credit/refund total you receive. When an item is thought to be faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage to return the item. Once deemed faulty by management the cost of postage will be added to the eligible credit amount of the returned goods.
SHIPPING: Dixie Lane charges a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 per order . Express shipping is available upon request at an extra charge to the customer.We try our best to ship all orders next business day, however we are a small family run business and unfortunately we can't always guarantee this. We are located in a rural area in northern NSW and can't offer overnight delivery via Australia Post nor can we can't guarantee delivery within specified times or dates. If you require an item by a certain date please request Express shipping at checkout and allow enough time for your order to arrive.

All Promotions, sales, specials, deals & competitions are valid for the day of posting or advertising only, unless stated. "Everybody loves a good freebie" competition is drawn at random each month. Photo's used as grounds to enter the competeion are valid for the month in which they are first posted only and will not be valid if the same photo is reposted in the months thereafter.
